DALLMAN, Detlef (Dennis) - In loving memory of Dennis Dallman who passed away peacefully on Friday May 7, 2010 after a courageous and dignified battle with cancer at the age of 71. Beloved husband and best friend of Linda for 31 years; loving father of his son Roy (Shannon) and daughter Karen (Mark); and, proud Opa of Larissa, Ila, Ryan and Melissa. Dennis will be dearly missed by his many friends, family and children. A heartfelt thanks to the compassionate and caring staff at the Southlake Regional Health Centre who cared for Dennis throughout his illness. Cremation has taken place according to Dennis’ wishes. A private family interment will take place at the Aurora Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to join in a celebration of Dennis’ life on Thursday May 13, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Recreation Centre, Ballantrae Golf and Country Club. If desired, donations to the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation Palliative Care Unit or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
