BOSMAN, Dick P. – Passed away peacefully and surrounded by family at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket at 11:05 a.m. on Christmas Day, 2006. Loving husband of 48 years of Johanna Bosman. Beloved father of Bernadine and her husband Steve Bathory, Richard and his wife Maha, Brian and his wife Alice, and Melissa. Proud grandfather of Melissa, Derrick and Madison. Survived by his sister Beatrice DeMuelenaere. Son of the late Dick P. Bosman Sr. and Bernardina Weber of the Netherlands. Dick was born on May 12, 1932. He and his family survived the WWII occupation of the Netherlands. Dick met his wife Joanna in South Africa before moving to Toronto, Canada where they made their home since 1958. Memorial service for family and close friends in celebration of his life to be held in Newmarket at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home in Newmarket on Saturday, December 30th.
