Our heartfelt condolences to the Georgas family on the sad loss of a true Newmarket icon. My mother and father, John and Anne, as well as my sister's Peg and Jane have fond memories of John which are always accompanied by a smile. We are so sorry for the loss and send our hugs to Ferne and kids as well as to Cathy and her Mum. I will be unable to attend the services but will be present in fond reflection. I will be spending the weekend with some old Newmarket friends and I can assure you we will take a moment to reflect on John and his impact on us all. May time pass quickly to ease your pain.
