Longhurst, John Richard – At Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Saturday March 27, 2010 after a lengthy illness. John Longhurst of Newmarket, dear father of Kevin of Bradford and Robert of Calgary, Alberta. He will be fondly remembered by Phyllis Longhurst and his grandchildren, Michael, Lyndsey, Ryan, Marcus, Wilmer and Malcolm. Dear brother of Bill, Ted, Brian, Lorne and Betty Longhurst and Janice Hall. A celebration of John’s life will be held at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. South, Newmarket on Monday March 29th at 2 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
