SHAW, Kenneth Alan (Veteran of WWII, 40 year employee of Canada Bread, Past Master of Sharon Masonic Lodge No. 97 and Past Grand Stewart G.L.C. in the Province of Ontario) – Peacefully with his family by his side at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Friday July 17, 2009, in his 91st year. Ken was the beloved husband of Beatrice (nee Gibney) for 63 years. Loved father of Linda Galan (Dosce) and Kathryn Schneider (Edward). Proud grandfather of Michael Galan (Caitlin), Stephen Galan (Jennifer), Jennifer and Sarah Schneider. Very special great-grandfather of Lucas and Lauren. Dear brother of Robert (Kay) and predeceased by his sister Helen and his brother Richard. Ken will always be remembered for his sense of humour and the twinkle in his eye. Funeral service at the Sharon-Hope United Church, Leslie Street, Sharon on Wednesday July 22nd at 2 pm, followed by interment at Queensville Cemetery.
