Dear Neil and Jane: We're so sorry that we'll be unable to attend the funeral home visitation. We'll be at the service on Friday. Your mother was a special part of our lives. We have many fond memories of her warmth, her kindness, and her wit. She had a wonderful zest for life and made everyone feel special. It was clear to us all that she loved her family and she had great pleasure in watching her grandchildren grow and mature. She will be greatly nissed but will live on in all our memories.
