HADDLETON, Mavis Elizabeth Helen (nee Stephenson) – It is with extreme sadness we announce that suddenly on Saturday May 15, 2010 at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, in her 79th year, with family and friends close by her, she passed away. She will be missed by her husband Gord of almost 57 years. Precious mother of Patti Rowe (Mike) and Gayle Gilmor (Bob). Treasured and devoted Grandma to Matt Rowe (Elizabeth), Marc Rowe and Katie Gilmor. Predeceased by her mother & father Helen & Lorne Stephenson of Chesley, Ontario, her sister Donna Smith (Tom) and her brother Ron Stephenson. Survived by her sister Shirley Timbury (Tim) of Owen Sound and her brother Wayne Stephenson (Doreen) of Cambridge, Ontario. She will be missed by Bud Clarke, Max MacDonald and Kim Lennert along with many nieces and nephews and cousins. She loved to spend time at her beautiful cottage at Balsam Lake. A Celebration of her life will take place in the chapel on Thursday at 2 pm, followed by interment at Queensville Cemetery.
