Boucher, Michael – It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Michael on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 58 years of age. Loving husband of Catherine, father of Jennifer and Emily. Beloved son of Helen Boyer and the late James Boucher. Dear brother of Joanne (Paul), uncle to Steven and Katie, and friend to the extended Kelly Family. Michael will be fondly remembered as a passionate woodworker, horticulturalist, and environmental advocate, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Many thanks to Dr. Tripathi, Dr. Nicholas, Dr. Merrow, and the many caring physicians and staff at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will take place at Silver Lakes Golf & Country Club, 21114 Yonge St., Holland Landing on Monday December 28, 2009 from 2 – 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Lake Simcoe Conservation Foundation or Southlake Regional Health Centre would be appreciated by the family.
