Beloved husband of Betty (nee Groves) and dear father of Patti (Steven Preston), Steven Cook, Penny Pippy, Bruce Cook (Gloria) and Kimberly Cyr. He will be lovingly remembered by his 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 40 foster children and infants.
