ORMEROD, Robert Richard (Veteran of
WWII) - Peacefully at Southlake Regional
Health Centre, Newmarket on Wednesday,
March 29, 2006 in his 98th year. Bob will be
greatly missed by his wife Meryl of 61 years,
his son Allan, and his daughter Virginia and
her husband John Hackson. He will be
lovingly remembered by his grandchildren
Paul and Jennifer Ormerod, Brent and
Tanya Harrison, Janelle and Scott Fagg, and
great grandchildren Brittany, Rachael and
Riley. Dear brother-in-law of Lena, Doreen,
Elmer and the late Grace. He will be sadly
missed by his many nieces, nephews,
extended family and many friends. Bob will
be remembered as an avid gardener and
carpenter. Friends may call at the
Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157
Main Street South, Newmarket from 7-9 p.m.
Thursday and for 1 hour prior to the funeral
service to be held in the chapel at 11 a.m.
Friday. Memorial donations to the Southlake
Regional Health Centre Foundation would
be appreciated.
