VOKEY, Ron – Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday Aug 22 2009. Loving partner for 16 years of Eleonora Nacsa. Father of Kim and Dan, Step-Dad of Chris, Margaret, Christina, George, and Steven. Survived by siblings Al, Wendell, Mary, Clarence, and Gord. Predeceased by Bill, Bob, Pearl, and Neville. Son of the late Robert and Carrie Vokey. Ron was born April 25, 1946. He had a diverse truck driving career of 43 years, and enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time. Ron was easy to love and will be missed by many. Visitation at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S. Newmarket on Thursday August 27th, 2009 at 11:00am, followed by a funeral service at 12 noon.
