Copeland, Gerald Hamilton – It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Gerry at Southlake Regional Health Centre on July 13th, 2015 in his 75th year, after a short and brave battle with cancer. Loving husband of Mary for 47 years. Beloved father of Lara (Ron) and Chris (Caroline). Proud grandfather and papa of Josh (Stephanie), Christina (Derrick), Chantel (Sheri), Holly, Charlie, Robbie, Emily, Nathan, Rylan and Ashline. Great-grandfather of Luke, Charlotte and Renee. Brother of Beryl (Willy predeceased) and John (Diane). Son of the late Jack and Cissie. Gerry will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. He loved fishing, travelling (especially to Mexico), great times with family and friends. He deeply loved his children, grandchildren and the love of his life Mary. The family would like to thank their extended family and friends for their love and support and the also the doctors and staff at Southlake Regional Health Centre during this very difficult time. Friends may gather at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Saturday, July 18th, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. Reception to follow visitation.
