Peter and David: It was with great sadness that I read the notice in the North Bay paper that your mother passed away. I have many fond memories of her. I remember dressing up our poor cat in doll clothes, and walking down Campbell Ave with the cat in the doll carriage to visit your Mom. And I especially remember visiting Renfrew (I think during Expo 67), when your Mom made us French toast. It was the first time I ever had it, and she kept making more and more pieces till I was full. My mother and I had a few short visits with her many years ago in Newmarket. I always enjoyed her hospitality and subtle east coast accent. I'm glad she was part of my life.
